I have only made occasional progress on Wisteria since I was determined to finish the Minimalist Cardigan in time to wear in New York. Seeing several women wearing their completed Wisteria sweaters around the fairgrounds helped renew my zeal for the pattern. I'm sorry we didn't run into Madeline on Saturday--Tosh Worsted is just spectacular. I ordered another sweater's worth from Woolgirl as an early birthday treat.
I was very restrained at Rhinebeck. One orphan skein of Brooks Farm Solana and about 13 oz of Sea Colors yarn, which is wool from their own small flock of sheep and solar dyed with Maine sea water. It was a wonderful long weekend. Three days spent with friends in the gorgeous Hudson Valley and an extra day to myself today to recover.
